No two days are ever the same. As a Children’s Support Worker, you will:

Deliver trauma-informed care to ensure young people feel safe and supported

Build strong, positive, and trusting relationships

Advocate for young people, ensuring their voices are heard and valued

Transport young people to activities or appointments using your own vehicle

Help them move forward with confidence, stability, and hope

āœ” An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one

A relevant qualification (such as NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent) is desirable but not essential—comprehensive training will be provided.

šŸ’¼ What You’ll Receive

šŸŽ“ Extensive training: Online modules alongside face-to-face training in safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, Positive Behaviour Support, and PACE
šŸš€ Career progression: Clear pathways to Senior Support Worker roles and beyond
šŸŽ‰ Additional benefits include:

šŸ’« Why Join Us?
Because this is more than just a job—it’s a purpose.

Every shift is an opportunity to help reshape a young person’s story, bringing stability, encouragement, and possibility into their world. If you bring the passion, you will be supported with the training, guidance, and opportunities needed to make a genuine impact.

šŸ‘‰ Apply today and take the first step towards a career that truly matters.
